Starting April 16, 2024, at 6:00 pm UTC, Customer.io will be performing routine maintenance on one of the databases in the Europe region. It is expected to be complete by 8:00 pm UTC that same day, lasting approximately 2 hours. During this time, some users will experience a temporary view-only mode for the user interface.. We will continue to receive data from your integrations and messages, and we will start processing them as soon as the maintenance is completed. No data will be lost during the maintenance.
